This course leads you to see conflict as an opportunity, recognising its origins, how you move within a conflict and how you can steer it towards a practical solution that is beneficial to all those involved in the conflict.

During the course you will discover:

  1. What conflict is and where it comes from;
  2. The main origin of your conflicts;
  3. How to recognise conflict and how to make it an opportunity;
  4. The people involved in the conflict: roles, experiences and perceptions;
  5. Conflict management: modalities and tools;
  6. Active listening: hints and relation to conflict management.
