What is coaching in the company?
- Coaching 1to1: the programs dedicated to supporting individuals within the company.
- Group Coaching: the 1to1 coaching programs aimed at achieving individual objectives, carried out in a group. The added value comes from integrating the benefits of coaching with learning and comparison
- Team coaching: a program dedicated to one or more company teams, accompanying them towards the development of their team potential, coaching and improving the internal and external interaction methods functional to the achievement of the shared objective.
